General Admission​

NO LAWN/BEACH CHAIRS ALLOWED.

Festival Details - Important Information

  • Latin Food & Music Fest is a rain or shine event.

  • Purchases are non-refundable. All sales are final.

  • Open to all ages

  • Wristbands are non-transferrable and will be voided if tampered with, broken, or lost.

  • Lineup is subject to change without notice.

  • No pets permitted - service animals only.

  • Attendees are subject to search upon entry. Violation of policy can result in their inability to attend the event.

What You Can Bring

  • Your phones to share the fun on social media.

  • Sunscreen.

  • Approved bags (all bags will be inspected prior to entering the event).

  • Blankets, festival flags without metal or wood poles.

Clear Bag Policy

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12".

  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or smaller).

  • Small clutch bags (no larger than 4.5" x 6.5").

  • An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at gate.

What You Should Leave in the Car or at Home

  • NO LAWN OR BEACH CHAIRS ALLOWED

  • Fireworks, explosives of any kind

  • Weapons

  • Bladder style backpacks

  • Firearms of any kind

  • Drugs, drug paraphernalia, or marijuana, 

  • No vaping onsite

  • Tobacco

  • Outside alcohol

  • Food and drinks including water bottles

  • Kites

  • Coolers

  • Umbrellas

  • Metal or wood flag poles

  • Audio recording devices

  • Professional video or photography equipment 

  • Tents

  • Framed backpacks

  • Laser pointers

Unauthorized Activities

  • Soliciting, handing out any pamphlets

  • Recording Activities

  • Drugs

  • Littering

ADA Fans with Disabilities

  • The festival site is ADA compliant.

  • Festival site map will denote entrances, exits and handicap viewing area.

  • Staff/volunteers will be available to assist ADA attendees, if necessary.

Tickets Will Call Policy

  • A Valid ID and Ticket must be presented upon entry. If you are not the original purchaser, you must provide a copy of the original purchaser's ID, order confirmation, No exceptions.

  • Ticket holders to the event are subject to search for the safety and security of others attending the event, the event organizer, and staff. 

  • Event Organizers have the right to refuse admission with cause. Event organizers may take several factors to refuse admission or request ticket holder to leave event for the safety and security of others attending.

Notice of Photography and Video

When you enter this event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by PRAC of Southern NJ and its affiliates and representatives. Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar PRAC events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of PRAC. You release PRAC, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment or royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by PRAC or the person or entity designated to do so by PRAC.
